If your order reaches us Monday to Friday before 14.00, delivery will generally take:| Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland and Austria | 2-4 working days |

Order Status
All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order with the PUMA Online Shop and that you check your emails regularly.If you have not received an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your spam filter before you do anything else.
If the spam filter does not contain an email from the PUMA Online Shop, contact PUMA Customer Service by telephone: +41 / 44 / 2 42 86 00.
When your package is passed to the dispatch partner, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email. This confirmation of dispatch will contain a package code or a control number that can be used to track the status of your package online.
- UPS packages – international: Please enter the control number on the UPS Website.
- TNT packages – international: Please enter the control number on the TNT Website.
- Kiala packages – international: Please enter the control number on the Kiala Website.
- Bring Parcels packages – international: Please enter the control number on the Bring Parcels Website.
- Post Danmark packages – international: Please enter the control number on the Post Danmark.
- Itella packages – international: Please enter the control number on the Itella.
- Post AT packages – Austria: Please enter the control number on the Post AT.
Delivery is carried out by TNT Post staff.
A total of two delivery attempts will be made on 6 days of the week. Then the package will be deposited at a TNT Post office in your immediate area.
You will receive a notification card which contains the necessary data you need to collect your package (branch name and address).
The package will be stored for three weeks. Then, at the end of this period, it will be returned to PUMA.
Kiala:
The delivery is only made via Kiala points (kiosks, fuel stations, etc.).
It will be deposited at a Kiala point, and a first notification will be sent to you by email.
A second notification will be sent to you by email 6 days later.
If the package is still not picked up (after another seven days), the package will be returned to PUMA with a "Not collected" notice.
Post AT:
Packages are delivered on 6 days of the week (Monday to Saturday) by the staff of post.at. One delivery attempt will be made (including delivery to a neighbour or representative). If the driver does not find you at home, the package will be deposited at a post office for 21 days. You will receive a notification card which will enable you to collect the package. The card will contain the address of the post office from which you are able to collect your package. If you do not receive a notification card, and thus do not know where your package is currently located, you can use the Internet page http://www.post.at to find the post office. Enter your postcode into the branch search function. If the package is not delivered successfully, it will be returned to PUMA.
Bring Parcels:
One delivery attempt will be made, if you are not there the driver will leave a notification card in the letter box. The package will then be deposited at a post office for 7 days.
Packages to customers living on the Faeroe Islands are delivered via the Danish, Swedish or Finnish postal systems. There will be no additional costs incurred.
UPS:
If the UPS driver does not find you at home, a notification card will be left indicating when the next delivery attempt will take place. They will attempt delivering two more times. You can use the supplied telephone number, at any time, to arrange a specific delivery time.

Delivery Address and Shipping Address
- Paying by invoice: Delivery and invoice address do not need to be the same.
- Paying by credit/debit card: Delivery and invoice address do not need to be the same. You can have your package delivered to your work address.
Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum purchase order value.
Delivery Charges
We offer free shipping for order values from € 30,00. A shipping charge of € 4,90 will be applied on order values less than € 30,00.
